Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy : All sessions must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance or you will be charged for that session. This allows us to ensure availability and properly prepare for your session. Safety and Waiver: All participants must sign a waiver and release of liability before their first session. Safety is our top priority, and we expect clients to adhere to our fitness guidelines.
